- We ship to over 20,000+ pin codes across India.
- Currently, we do not offer international shipping through our website. For bulk international inquiries, please contact us via email.
2. Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding Sundays and Public Holidays).
- Orders placed before 12:00 PM are usually dispatched the same day.
3. Delivery Timeline
Once dispatched, the estimated delivery time is as follows:
- Metro Cities: 3 – 5 business days.
- Rest of India: 5 – 7 business days.
- Remote Areas: 7 – 10 business days.
- Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors like weather, strikes, or festive seasons.
4. Shipping Charges
- Standard Shipping: A flat shipping fee of ₹. 100 applies to all orders.
- Free Shipping: We offer FREE Delivery on all orders above ₹. 8000.
- Shipping charges are calculated at checkout and are non-refundable.
5. Order Tracking
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive an SMS and Email containing your Tracking ID and the name of our courier partner (e.g., Delhivery, BlueDart, Ecom Express).
- You can track your package directly on the courier partner’s website.
6. Packaging & Safety
- Our Dried Paneer Rose Petals are packed in moisture-proof, food-grade packaging to ensure they retain their natural aroma and color during transit.
- We use sturdy outer boxes/envelopes to prevent crushing of the petals.
7. Delivery Attempts & Undelivered Orders
- Our courier partners will attempt delivery up to 3 times.
- If the delivery fails due to an incorrect address or the recipient being unavailable, the package will be returned to our warehouse. In such cases, a re-shipping fee may apply to send the package again.
